Deleting your MusicConnect account

You can delete your account in the app, or ask us to do it if you no longer have the app.

Want to keep a copy first? You can export a copy of your data from Settings in the app before deleting.

In the app

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account.

Email a deletion request

What happens next

Your account is removed after a 30-day grace period. If you change your mind, signing back in during that time cancels the deletion.
